Accessibility statement

Accessibility statement

Buqtivity wants its website to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement applies to buqtivity.com, where you can search for and book activities.

We aim for level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and the European standard EN 301 549, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882).

Compliance status

The website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA: some parts are not yet fully accessible (listed below).

What is not accessible yet

  • Some photos published by activity organisers have no text description.
  • The interactive map is not fully usable with a keyboard or a screen reader alone; the same places are also shown as a list.
  • Some form errors are shown above the form rather than next to the field they belong to.
  • Some changes on the page (for example the number of search results or the cart contents) are not yet announced by screen readers.
  • Payment takes place on the payment provider's page, whose accessibility we cannot change.

We checked the website ourselves, with tools and by hand; testing with screen-reader users is still to come. We are fixing the gaps one by one.

Reporting a problem and contact

If you find content that is not accessible to you or need information in another format, write to us at pristupacnost@buqtivity.com. Tell us the page and describe the problem; we will reply within 15 days.

Date of this statement
